First of all, we’d like to say how delighted we are with our fireplace. It looks absolutely beautiful and,
in addition to its visual appeal, it is also very functional. When we find the house slightly cool in the
mornings or when we arrive home from work, instead of cranking up our oil furnace, we simply give the gas
fireplace a flick, and the comfort level rises in no time. When it’s lit, and the flames are flickering,
it looks so realistic. I was initially rather sceptical when my husband suggested buying one - I felt nothing
could replace the look and glow of a wood-burning fireplace. Well, we have the effect without the mess or the
effort! Secondly, but not least, we’d like to thank your installers. They worked quietly, efficiently, and
neatly to install the insert. When they were finished the house was as clean as when they had entered.
They were careful to put down drop cloths to avoid marking floors and carpets, and we really appreciate
their efforts. Also, they were friendly and pleasant, and knowledgeably answered any questions I brought up.
